Aleksandra Dzepina examined the quality of process models as part of her dissertation. Against this background, expert interviews with research and practice partners contributed to the development and evaluation of a framework for determining the quality of process models. The results have shown that, among other things, the purposes for which the process models are used and the groups of people who come into contact with the process models must be considered in a differentiated manner in order to be able to examine the effects on process model quality.
The Chair of Information Systems with a focus on Information and IT Service Management congratulates Ms. Dzepina on her successful dissertation!
